Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the bg22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support popular local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used — most deposits via FPX and TNG are processed within minutes. For withdrawals, the standard processing time is one to three business days, subject to any security verification that may be required.
Bg22 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity until an investigation is concluded. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are correct. bg22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
